These terms will govern the use of ScholarPath once final. They will be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before ScholarPath opens to families. In the meantime, here is what the service is, plainly.
What ScholarPath is
- A practice platform: original practice tests, explanations, reports and study tools for Years 3–6.
- Written and published by ScholarPath. All practice questions and materials on the service are original work.
- Independent of every school and testing provider. ScholarPath is not a testing provider and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any school, provider or authority.
What it is not
- Not a promise of any admission, scholarship or test outcome. Practice helps; nothing guarantees a result.
- Not a substitute for a school’s or testing provider’s own instructions, which are always authoritative for the process that applies to your family.
The final terms will cover accounts and payments, acceptable use, the limits of liability, and how the terms can change. Nothing on this page is a binding offer or an agreement to provide the service.
